Terms of Service

Beever provides organization management tools for teams, including employee administration, time tracking, messaging, finance-related workflows, AI-assisted features (where enabled by your plan), and related dashboards. Features available to your organization depend on your active subscription plan (Starter, Pro, or Enterprise) and any trial or promotional terms offered at checkout.

The Service is intended for business use by organizations and their authorized users.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep account credentials confidential.

Organization administrators are responsible for users invited under their tenant, including permission assignments and acceptable use.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement for your organization.

Paid subscriptions and AI credit packs are sold and billed through Polar (Polar Software, Inc.), which acts as our Merchant of Record. When you purchase a plan:

Your contract of sale for the subscription is with Polar, under Polar's Buyer Terms (polar.sh/legal/checkout-buyer-terms).

Prices, taxes, invoices, and payment methods are handled by Polar at checkout and in Polar's customer portal. Prices are shown and charged in US dollars or Pakistani rupees depending on your location.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled before renewal in Polar's customer portal, which you can open from Plan & Billing → Manage billing.

Free trials (a 7-day trial) convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends, subject to the terms shown at checkout.

Refunds are described in our Refund Policy. Polar's Buyer Terms also apply to purchases.

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risk, non-payment, or legal/compliance reasons.

You retain ownership of content and data you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant BeeNeural a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to upload personal data of employees and other individuals into your organization's workspace.

The Service, including software, branding, documentation, and UI, is owned by BeeNeural or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you. Feedback you provide may be used by BeeNeural without obligation to you.

Where your plan includes AI features, outputs may be probabilistic and may contain errors. You remain responsible for reviewing AI-assisted results before relying on them for business decisions. Usage may be subject to credit or quota limits associated with your subscription.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEENEURAL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEENEURAL AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE IN ANY TWELVE-MONTH PERIOD WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOUR ORGANIZATION FOR THE SERVICE DURING THAT PERIOD (OR USD $100 IF NO PAID SUBSCRIPTION APPLIES). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED.

You will defend and indemnify BeeNeural against claims arising from your Customer Data, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your breach of applicable law, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription in Polar's customer portal (Plan & Billing → Manage billing). We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach, non-payment, or risk to the Service or other customers. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends; we may delete or retain Customer Data as described in the Privacy Policy and any applicable retention obligations.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date on this page and, where appropriate, by notice in the product or by email. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including the laws and regulations administered by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and other Pakistani regulatory bodies that apply to BeeNeural Private Limited, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer or local laws require otherwise. The competent courts of Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have.

For purchases processed by Polar as Merchant of Record, Polar's Buyer Terms and applicable payment laws also govern the payment relationship between you and Polar.
