Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid Beever subscriptions (Starter, Pro, and Enterprise) and AI credit packs sold by BeeNeural Private Limited, the developer of Beever. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Polar (Polar Software, Inc.). Polar is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it processes payments, issues invoices and receipts, handles sales tax, and processes approved refunds.
When you purchase a Beever subscription, your payment contract is with Polar. Refunds are processed through Polar in accordance with this policy, Polar's Buyer Terms, and applicable consumer law. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights. Where local law grants stronger rights, those rights apply.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
You may request a full refund within 14 days of the date of your paid transaction (including the first charge after a free trial converts, and each renewal date where local law provides a new withdrawal period). If you are not satisfied with Beever for any reason within this 14-day window, contact us to request a full refund.
This 14-day window matches the common statutory withdrawal period for digital services in many regions (including the EU/EEA/UK). Approved refunds are issued through Polar to the original payment method, typically within 14 days of approval, subject to your payment provider.
2. How to request a refund
To request a refund:
- Email info.beeneural@gmail.com or contact@beeneural.com with your organization name, account email, the order or invoice number from your Polar receipt (if available), and that you are requesting a refund.
BeeNeural reviews each request and issues approved refunds through Polar. As Merchant of Record, Polar returns the refund to your original payment method.
3. Cancellation (separate from refunds)
You may cancel a subscription at any time in Polar's customer portal, opened from Beever under Plan & Billing → Manage billing. Cancellation stops future renewals and typically allows access to continue until the end of the current paid billing period. Cancelling is separate from requesting a refund under the 14-day guarantee above.
4. Free trials
Where a free trial is offered (for example, a 7-day trial), you can cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged for the first paid period. If a paid charge occurs at trial conversion, the 14-day money-back guarantee in section 1 applies from the date of that paid transaction.
5. Billing and taxes
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or yearly cycle selected at checkout.
- Prices shown at checkout may include applicable taxes as calculated by Polar for your billing location. Depending on your location, prices are shown and charged in US dollars or Pakistani rupees.
- Invoices, receipts, and payment method updates are available in Polar's customer portal (Plan & Billing → Manage billing).
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a payment dispute with your bank. We will work with you to resolve billing issues under this policy.
7. Relationship to other terms
This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Polar's Buyer Terms and Privacy Policy also apply to the payment contract between you and Polar.
