Beever

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 25, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how BeeNeural Private Limited ("BeeNeural," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with Beever (the "Service"), a product developed by BeeNeural, available at beever.com.pk and related applications (including the Beever mobile app and our desktop timer where applicable).

Beever is a B2B product developed by BeeNeural. When an organization uses the Service, that organization is typically the controller of employee and workplace data it uploads; BeeNeural processes that data to provide the Service.

1. Information we collect

Account and organization information. Name, email address, organization name, role/designation, login credentials (stored hashed), and similar profile details provided during registration or administration.

Workplace and product data. Depending on features your organization enables: employee records, time-tracking sessions, screenshots (where configured), messages and attachments, finance/salary/loan records your organization stores, project/board data, notifications, and AI chat or agent usage metadata.

Technical and usage data. IP address, device/browser type, approximate location derived from IP (for example, to localize pricing), logs, cookies or local storage tokens for authentication and preferences, and diagnostic error reports.

Mobile app and calls. When you sign in to the Beever mobile app we store a push-notification token and a device label for each signed-in device, so we can deliver message and call alerts. The camera, microphone and screen sharing are used only during calls and meetings you start or join; audio and video are relayed in real time to the other participants.

Payment-related information. Subscription and credit-pack purchases are processed by Polar (Polar Software, Inc.) as Merchant of Record. Card details are entered in Polar's checkout and never reach us; we do not store payment card numbers. We receive order and subscription identifiers, subscription status, plan/tier, amounts and currency, customer email, billing country/tax indicators, and similar fulfillment data from Polar webhooks and APIs so we can activate and manage your plan.

2. How we use information

  • Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service
  • Authenticate users, enforce roles, and isolate organization (tenant) data
  • Process subscriptions, trials, entitlements, credit purchases, and plan changes via Polar
  • Send transactional emails (OTP, password reset, registration status, billing notices)
  • Provide customer support and investigate abuse or security incidents
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms
  • Generate aggregated, de-identified analytics about Service usage where feasible

3. Legal bases (where applicable)

Depending on your location, we rely on one or more of: performance of a contract, legitimate interests (security, product improvement, B2B communications), consent (where required), and legal compliance. Organization customers remain responsible for their own lawful basis when uploading personal data of employees or third parties.

4. Cookies and authentication

We use essential cookies and browser storage for session authentication, security (such as CSRF or similar protections where implemented), and UI preferences (for example, theme). These are required for the Service to function. We do not use advertising cookies as a core part of Beever. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may prevent login.

5. How we share information

We share information only as needed to operate the Service, including with:

  • Polar (Polar Software, Inc.): payment processing, invoicing, tax collection, subscriptions, refunds, and related buyer support as Merchant of Record. See Polar's Privacy Policy (polar.sh/legal/privacy-policy).
  • Infrastructure and communications providers: hosting, email delivery, file storage, and similar subprocessors that process data on our instructions.
  • Within your organization: administrators and authorized users can access data according to roles your organization configures.
  • Legal and safety: when required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of the Service.

We do not sell personal information. If we engage in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may transfer as part of that transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

6. International transfers

We and our providers may process data in countries other than where you or your employees are located. Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms and contractual protections with processors.

7. Retention

We retain account and Customer Data for as long as the organization account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After cancellation or deletion requests, we delete or anonymize data within a reasonable period, unless longer retention is required for security, dispute resolution, backups, or legal compliance. Billing records received from Polar may be retained as needed for accounting and audit purposes.

8. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information (including access controls and tenant isolation). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use strong passwords and protect account credentials.

9. Your and your users' rights

Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export personal data, or to object to certain processing. Employees should typically contact their organization administrator first for workplace data stored in the tenant. You may also contact us at the addresses below. We may need to verify identity before fulfilling requests.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to individuals under 16 (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
